Do you offer free shipping?

How long does shipping take?
All our products are made to order with love. Here's what to expect:
- Production time: 2–5 business days
- US delivery: 3–7 business days after production
- International delivery: 7–21 business days after production
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, including to Germany and across Europe. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
📦 Orders & Returns
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since every item is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right! Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue at pinchez_mitta@yahoo.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
What if my order is lost or delayed?
Please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier right away. We want every customer to receive their order and will do our best to resolve any issues quickly.

How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Our products generally run true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
What materials are your products made from?
Our apparel is made from high-quality materials — most items are 100% polyester or heavy cotton, depending on the product. Full material details are listed on each product page.
Will the print fade over time?
Our all-over prints are made using high-quality dye-sublimation printing, which is designed to be long-lasting. To keep your item looking vibrant, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach or iron.
